What is the process for obtaining a Good Conduct Certificate?
As per the details sent by the Kuwaiti Embassy, in order to obtain your Good Conduct Certificate, you need to forward the following documents to the relevant department in Kuwait.
- Complete ten-fingerprint fingerprint form that has been verified and approved
- Two passport-sized color pictures
- A copy of your passport and the Application for Good Conduct Certificate (http://kuwaitembassy.ca) are required.
- If applicable, a notarized, authenticated, and legalized power of attorney
These forms need to be completed and delivered in person to Kuwait’s Ministry of Interior. You can utilize a representative in Kuwait to submit the application if you are unable to do so in person. You must also draft a Power of Attorney if you are using a representative. The application must be submitted to the following address;

In addition, the Kuwaiti Embassy stated that in the event that you lack a representative in Kuwait, you might be able to submit an affidavit certifying that you are unable to get a good conduct certificate. The Kuwaiti Embassy does not offer help in acquiring a Good Conduct Certificate.
